IF this doesn't work (it did for me, so it should), go to www.KBZK.com, and check on the June 15 Z7 Morning news, which today is under "TOP VIDEOS"---there is also more information under the left side box scroll down some) with the child's face and a globe, and it says Summer of Hope. There is also the story, but only in the written version.
It went very well, and we raised the amount needed, with $79 dollars to spare, so the total was $21,079.00, with Johnny and I raising about $2100. The weather was really nice, too. Many of the families that have previously adopted youth through this program were also there, and what a joy to meet them.
We also were in Yellowstone yesterday, took a drive through the rain around the lower loop of Yellowstone National Park, and then went up to Mammoth to do a Story on the Newly renovated W.A. Hall building that the Yellowstone's Association had their grand Opening in, in Gardiner (Montana). They are the non-profit educational outreach in the park. Later, we went & took a bike ride and a hike to some of the thermal area's of between Old Faithful and Madison Junction. As we came to the end of our ride, a coyote ran right in front of us. Beautiful sight. As I drove home, Johnny wrote up the story, that is until the battery died.
